Hailing from Sarasota, FL, Robert Beyer traveled to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he majored in finance, minored in accounting, and received his degree in business administration. As a student, Robert lived in the Rotary Scholarship House at 641 W Pensacola Street where he gained memories of camaraderie, sharing, and learning how to become self-sufficient.
Robert’ career spanned 34-years in federal civil service, including work at seven agencies as a budget analyst and in financial management. Robert achieved all his career goals and enjoys early retirement and traveling the world with his wife Lana. For Robert, SSF provided the jump start and education needed to be successful in the federal career.
