Alum Mickey S. Moore Hired as SSF President

The SSF Board of Directors is proud to announce that Mr. Mickey S. Moore has been hired to serve as SSF’s President/CEO. Mickey is our first SSF alum to serve as president and began working September 9th, 2009. We are all very excited about the enthusiasm and skills Mickey brings to this position.

Mr. Moore is originally from New Smyrna Beach, FL and is a graduate of FSU’s 1992 class with a degree in Political Science. He spent 15+ years working in the financial industry- managing and leading various capacities at consumer finance companies, credit unions, and banks. He also owned and operated his own consulting firm in the Tallahassee area. He has also spent much time and energy working with non profit organizations and has had a close relationship with SSF serving as a Board member, Ambassador, and a donor. We hope you all join us in giving a big welcome to Mr. Moore to our staff here at SSF!
