The Southern Scholarship Foundation would like to welcome our newly elected Member of the Board of Directors,
Dr. Heather Burch. Dr. Burch owns Burch Orthodontics in Tallahassee and is an active community volunteer. She has served on the board of Sunrise Rotary and was president in 2010-11. She is also on the Foundation Board for Chipola College and serves on the board for the Pregnancy Help and Information Center.

Please click HERE to VOTE for SSF as your Favorite nonprofit! Beginning Monday, May 13th to Friday, May 24th  Findlearngive.org will be holding a contest called THE BIG VOTE!  The 10 organizations receiving the most votes will be eligible to win a $2,000 grant.

The poll will be located  to the right on the findlearngive.org homepage beginning at 12:01 am on Monday, May 13.

Federal Work Study Opportunity: If any current resident was awarded Federal Work Study for Fall 2013-Spring 2014, we are accepting application in the office. Just email your resume and an intro paragraph stating why you would like to work at the office. Currently, TCC does not accept Community Service Work study and FAMU residents would need to ask the Financial Aid Office. Residents may find out more by clicking HERE. 


The FSU/FAMU/TCC END of SEMESTER POT LUCK will be held at the SSF Tallahassee Office on 4-27-13 @ 2 PM
